Switch to TicketPal

Already selling tickets elsewhere? You don’t have to start again alone.

We’ll review your current ticketing setup and agree a practical plan for moving upcoming events, venues, seating and payments to TicketPal.

What we can assess with you

  • Organisation and team setup
  • Upcoming event and performance structure
  • Venue library and reserved seating plans
  • Ticket types, seating areas and pricing
  • Stripe Connect and operational readiness

New organiser offer

Save 50% on TicketPal fees for your first event

Launch your first paid event with half-price TicketPal platform fees, whether you pass them through or absorb them.

Available to eligible new organiser accounts for their first published paid event. The discount applies to TicketPal platform fees only; Stripe processing, add-ons and managed services are excluded. Eligibility is confirmed during onboarding.

1. Review

Understand what you use now

We look at your upcoming programme, venue requirements, sales model and the information that can be moved safely.

2. Prepare

Agree the migration plan

We define responsibilities, checks and timing before any data or live selling activity is changed.

3. Launch

Test before going live

Your team can check event pages, prices, seating and customer journeys before the agreed switch.

Your data deserves a careful plan

What can be transferred depends on your existing provider, permissions, data quality and the technical format available. TicketPal will not import passwords, payment card data or personal data without a lawful and agreed basis.

We do not promise a one-size-fits-all migration. We document what is possible, what needs recreating and how the result will be checked.
