Simple, fair pricing

Choose whether ticket buyers pay the TicketPal and Stripe fees at checkout, or absorb both costs within the advertised ticket price. The rates and calculator below show what the customer pays and what the organiser receives.

Why choose TicketPal?

New organiser offer

Save 50% on TicketPal fees for your first event

Launch your first paid event with half-price TicketPal platform fees, whether you pass them through or absorb them.

Available to eligible new organiser accounts for their first published paid event. The discount applies to TicketPal platform fees only; Stripe processing, add-ons and managed services are excluded. Eligibility is confirmed during onboarding.

Pricing and switching calculator

Estimate TicketPal costs, then compare them with a current provider using clearly stated public-rate assumptions.

Estimate your costs

TicketPal does not add a reserved-seating surcharge. Where a selected provider publishes one, the comparison includes it.

TicketPal fees are based on ticket value. Stripe processing is always shown as an estimated 1.5% of the transaction value plus 20p per booking, not per ticket. Actual Stripe charges can vary by card type and transaction.

How provider estimates are calculated

Public rates checked 26 August 2026. These are planning estimates, not quotes. VAT and card processing are included only where the provider says they apply. Discounts, prepaid credits, charity terms, negotiated pricing, premium cards, refunds and optional services can change the result.

  • TicketSource: 7% + VAT using TicketSource payment processing, or 4.5% + VAT with a connected Stripe account; the connected-Stripe estimate also includes 1.5% + 20p per booking.
  • Ticket Tailor: 60p + VAT per paid ticket on pay as you go, plus an estimated 1.5% + 20p per booking for Stripe. Reserved seating adds another usage, making PAYG £1.20 + VAT per paid seated ticket before processing. Prepaid credits can cost less.
  • Eventbrite: UK standard ticketing fee of 6.95% + 59p per paid ticket.

The comparison shows the total estimated fee burden. Pass-through or absorbed determines whether that cost is paid by the buyer or organiser; it does not make the fee disappear.
