We use necessary cookies without consent where they are required to provide a secure service you request. We do not load optional analytics or marketing cookies unless you actively accept the relevant category.

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and improve performance and analytics.

2) Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site to work (e.g., security, session management).
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics helps us understand use of the public site and improve TicketPal. It is off until you accept it.
  • Marketing (optional): Meta Pixel helps TicketPal measure its own advertising and understand whether adverts lead to visits or sales. It is off until you accept it.

Some cookies are set by us (first-party), others by partners (third-party) such as analytics providers.

3) Your choices & consent

  • You can accept all optional cookies, reject them, or choose analytics and marketing separately. Rejecting optional cookies does not restrict TicketPal.
  • You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using in the footer.
  • You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.

Google reCAPTCHA may also set security cookies when it is used on a protected form such as login, password recovery, contact or organiser registration. These controls help prevent automated abuse.

Event pages may offer an optional Google Maps view for a venue. The map is not loaded until you expand “Venue details and map” or open Google Maps, at which point Google may process technical information and use cookies under its own policies.

Payment is completed on Stripe's secure service. Stripe may use cookies under its own policy when you visit its checkout.
